Confirmed Service Customer
The service is good; however, my concern is with how appointments are scheduled. I scheduled an appointment by email; and never received a confirmation. Two days prior to what I thought would be my appointment, I was not scheduled. The scheduler informed me to "walk in" prior to 1:00 p.m., and my vehicle was finally completed at 4:30 p.m. If emails are not checked, I recommend this method of scheduling appointments not be utilized. (The individual informed me the email "did not work" sometimes. Many of us working folks, have to take leave to take care of our vehicles, and I would rather have an appointment than have to wait half a day; thereby taking my precious time to just sit and wait, and having to travel two hours for service.
