I took my trax 2024, because the speaker was making noise, one of the mechanics diagnostic the speakers, and stated, “blown speakers” Then the mechanic got a second opinion, and he stated “that is blown speakers.” And I did ask him if it was still under the warranty and he stated yes they’re going to go ahead and replace it since it’s under the warranty still. we went to go pick it up after they told us that it was finished we saw that it wasn’t replaced the speakers and the diagnostic said on the paper. There was nothing wrong with the speaker, but we still hear the sound coming from the speakers like it’s still blown out. I rescheduled again to make sure they replaced it because they stated that they can and I know they didn’t check out the speakers because they would’ve taken the door off to look at it..
