Confirmed Service Customer
Made an appointment over the phone for a routine oil chg, just as usual-this time I informed the lady over-the-phone if she could just let the service mgr know as well because last time he was upset that he wasn’t informed and almost didn’t service our truck! I told him I’m not responsible for communication between employees I’m the customer just requesting for service and how the company works I have no idea but I expect my oil chg to be done today. That was last month-this time we were denied service on the day of our scheduled appt but the service dept let us come in the next day. I could’ve been upset about it but I realized we were all given the wrong time! But it’s ok-mistakes happen but from here on if I experience one more off miscommunications I will be reporting to general mgr because this really has never been an issue before when I always got my oil chg elswhr. I don’t know why they make it seem like it’s my fault.
