Confirmed Service Customer
My advisor wasn’t very welcoming. I came in for an oil change and a noise on my door. It was noted on the service. They didn’t get a chance to fix the door and I stayed for 4 hours. The advisor told me I had to contact a body shop to get the door fixed. It is under warranty. Most places fix it in house.
