Dropped off vehicle to check possible engine/belt issue the day I called. Vehicle was ready next day. After thorough check, no problem was found. Courtesy car both ways. No charge! Good as it gets.

Tires are expensive so I did my research for my this purchase. Honestly I thought that dealerships would not have the best price on new tires, but Flagstaff Chevrolet blew me away and beat all the local dealers that I shopped. I also had a great experience with a couple of the service writers before and when I picked up my truck. Sorry I don’t remember their names, but on 9/7/23 they exceeded my expectations. Sales person was kind and responsive. Only complaint was wait time. Being on a Saturday they only had one finance person so we ended up waiting an hour for them to free up. Happy with the vehicle but just felt like any other dealership.

My tires that I ordered online never arrived. They were ordered almost 1 month ahead of time and a day was scheduled to install them and do a 4 wheel alignment. When I arrived at the dealership I talked to a service rep and he said he would get on it. I left my truck there at 11:00 am and called the dealership to check on the progress at 4:30 pm, only to be told the tires never came in. No explanation, only that they weren't there. I was informed that I could leave my truck overnight and the tires would be there the following morning. I left my truck there overnight and called them the following day at 5:00 pm only to be told that the tires never arrived. I went to the dealership and picked up my truck and was never offered an explanation or an apology. Terrible customer service.
