Service at Flagstaff Chevrolet is always done with courtesy and honesty. While waiting inside the dealership, I did find the music a little loud and annoying, with announcement interruptions. I found a quieter spot where I could relax.

Prior to my appt I wanted to make sure my warranty repair can still be done, I called a couple if days prior. Provided info, they would get back with me. Never returned my call and when trying to call back they never answered. Took a chance to take it in and made it to my 10am appt. It was taken in and said I would wait. I waited for 7hrs with no status update and even went over to Steve and he ignored me initially. When asked about the status he finally said it was about to be done. 30min later he just told me to see the cashier and that was it. The repair probably took 1.5 to 2 hrs to do because I noticed my truck clock was stopped and restarted due to disconnecting the battery to perform the work. 7hr wait time with no customer courtesy on status and even with an appt. Poor customer service and this is second time with the same guy (Steve). I had to come to Chevy due to warranty work, but will go to another Chevy if needed. Flagstaff Chevy continues to have poor customer service and will never go there again or buy from there and will recommend to never go there for service. He said they were busy no apologies but I had an appt and was likely the last person to leave for a 2hr repair!!! Worst experience I have ever had especially from this shady dealership!

Made a deal with Sales Manager and salesman for a used truck with 19, 445 miles. In this deal were included a runing board and another Key fob. However, when signing contract for payments the Sales Manager reneged on couple items, running board and key fob. Now the previous owners still have the other key fob and I am insecure on what I leave in the truck while carrying out normal activities at public business establishments. The truck I bought is very nice and enjoy driving it. I am satisfied on the purchase except for the behavior of the Sales Manager. He even destroyed the working sheet on which he had written down the terms of agreeing on the purchase/cost and due items. He outright lied about the purchase agreement. Just simply sad but acceptable for future reference, possibly any referrals to the business. Thank you for letting me response, I apologize for being negative and not resonding to the dealers' survey.

Experience didn���t go well, waited 4 hours for recall and alignment services. Even with an appointment. Service advisor took his stress out on me as customer especially when I questioned length of time. I spoke with Service Manager, whom was sarcastic and his reason being lack of advisors and basically told me he looking for two advisors maybe I���m interested in applying for a vacant position. Totally unprofessional service department, in past I never experienced such unprofessionalism. However, in past the service advisors were different individuals.

A one day issue led to "nothing wrong", then a one week stay to diagnose again, plus service within 4 days of completion of work and almost $2,000 later a check engine light came back on and I will have to go in to find out this issue

When we booked the appointment we were only expecting a maintenance oil change, but two days before, the vehicle started a massive oil leak. Thankfully your staff made the time to determine the problem and fixed it. We are greatly appreciative. Alton explains things quite well. He���s a smart man and knows vehicle maintenance. He provides great service every time!
