Scheduled to have brakes replaced and oil change. Got there at appointment time and they called 4 hours later to say they did not have any brakes for my truck and needed to order. Day wasted without my truck. Not happy

The service is good; however, my concern is with how appointments are scheduled. I scheduled an appointment by email; and never received a confirmation. Two days prior to what I thought would be my appointment, I was not scheduled. The scheduler informed me to "walk in" prior to 1:00 p.m., and my vehicle was finally completed at 4:30 p.m. If emails are not checked, I recommend this method of scheduling appointments not be utilized. (The individual informed me the email "did not work" sometimes. Many of us working folks, have to take leave to take care of our vehicles, and I would rather have an appointment than have to wait half a day; thereby taking my precious time to just sit and wait, and having to travel two hours for service.

About 2 months later from my purchase. I had to bring in my new vehicle to get it serviced. Informing the tech about the issue. I felt they showed no interest. And I had to call for my updates when I dropped off my vehicle.

I live 2 hours north of town. When I arrived, the bay manager said my appointment had been for the previous week... but he might be able to fit me in. It took 7+ hours to perform what was described as a 3-4 hour task when I called. I never received any of the free oil changes because of my distance from the dealership, so I thought the oil change was comped. I verified with the bay manager that the oil change had been comped and he said the cashier forgot to charge me. I returned to pay for the oil change. The heated seats have never worked since I bought the vehicle -- I was told that the heated seats were not under warranty: It's the only defect in what otherwise has been a perfect truck. I've had two negative episodes [spanning 20 years] with prior vehicles, and both times, I was made to feel like a lier. Which is why I was careful to get the appointment straight, since I made my entire day revolve around it, but I must have been lying about that too. I addressed the recall only because my diagnostic reports makes me appear negligent: It was logical to have the dealership address the recall. Besides the heated seats, I haven't had any issues with this vehicle and I have no intention of replacing it. I do have serious trust issues with the dealership but there's no point in describing those issues when I'm accused of making stuff up. Hopefully, I won't have to go back.

Called in to ask service question and schedule service if necessary. Service attendant's response was entirely unsatisfactory and disinterested in solving my problem. Went in person to dealership to complain and management made good effort to address my concerns. Left with problem fixed and satisfied. Initially screwed up, but made it right.

Our truck was fixed, but it took a long time to get parts. When I called to inquire about when it would be fixed, I was told due to GM strike the timing was unknown. I started to look for parts on the web to get things moving, and it was told to me that actually you all had the parts, but just didn't look.
