Steve Redsteer in service and Jesus in the parts department are really great guys. They try hard and, they are efficient and they get the job done right.

We took our truck in for service for an overheating issue , oil change. The truck sat for a day before any work was started. I tried numerous times to contact the service advisor, Dutch by telephone and the phone was not answered. The oil change was not performed on the truck. We were overcharged almost $200 for parts that I had supplied. This is the most unsatisfactory experience I have had with the service department. The staff did not seem to want to provide a positive service environment.

Great people to work with. That is way we order our trucks from Mark and his crew. This is our 3rd truck and we have order a Colorado which should be delivered in a couple of weeks.

4 hours to do an oil change with an appointment.

My EV buying experience was phenomenal. Will definitely return and refer my friends and family to Flagstaff Chevy.

The technician discovered a safety issue based on a noise heard by me (car owner). The service department worked diligently to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Friendly and helpful service

1st off I did not have a vehicle serviced on 9/10/24. My last service was for a fuel filter change and oil change on my 2005 Silverado. That was on 8/19/24. Was there at 745 for an 800 appointment. Truck was not ready until after 1030 and that was without the truck being washed. Way too long for such a simple service especially when I had an appointment. 2 1/2 hours of waiting for a simple service.

Derek was wonderful and very knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased. He was friendly, professional and did not pressure to purchase. He was willing to work with us and was upfront and honest. He was great and I love my new vehicle.

It was great but it was a two hour wait. I even had an appointment. It shouldn���t take that long for an oil change.

The service man do not answer the telephone timely to provide service like they are hired for, no telephone call bac to like you know service and maintenance was completed, poor work. We shall see about work provide on the vehicle
