Didn't have an appointment, but still got me in. Had low air in tires, was concerned had more nails. Was considering buying new tires, but Steve said tires were just low and not to buy new ones

I feel like I'm talking with robots and they just tell me what the training manual says or an answer just to make me go away, everything was great while I was shopping for a truck... but after I bought it, there has not been a time that I have gone back and not felt like a number in a computer. I've waited almost three months now for a Onstar module on a brand new truck. I'm also still required to pay for this service apparently even though my Onstar dose not work.

I left my truck for 5 days. When I got back I had a dead battery. Super dead. Wouldn’t jump start. Had to charge it to even get a click. I took it in expecting a new battery. I expressed I had some other issues as well. They charged the battery, tested it as well as the charging system and couldn’t find an issue. They looked into my other concerns and addressed those. To top it all off, they picked me up from home and drove to get my truck. I asked how much? They said no charge. Will I go back? Absolutely. I love good service and this company does it.
