Past year’s experience was not great! 1) The length of time it took to change oil, rotate tires and wash car has improved the last 2 visits. In the past it took too long. 2) During one of my past oil change/rotate visits I asked the service guy to check my brakes because they were squeaky. He stated “nothing was wrong, advised me to spray the brakes with water when it was squeaky again”! At that time I still had warranty, now it has expired. Now I hate to ask them to check it out because I will have to pay what they couldn’t fix on brakes the last time I asked for this to be done. At the present it is still squeaky! 3) I also asked them to check my cooler, I felt it wasn’t cooling, the guy told me “nothing was wrong with it”! 4) Now I am concerned that when I need services on my 1 year old car, the warranty has expired and I will have to pay the cost. Which I know will be expensive! 5) I have not gone elsewhere for services however I may have to find a new place to obtain BETTER & TRUSTED SERVICES.
