Confirmed Service Customer
My advisor wasn’t very welcoming. I came in for an oil change and a noise on my door. It was noted on the service. They didn’t get a chance to fix the door and I stayed for 4 hours. The advisor told me I had to contact a body shop to get the door fixed. It is under warranty. Most places fix it in house.

The overall experience was excellent!! I initially went in for an oil change and started chatting with Mr. D. Smith, I explained to him the worse experience i had with Chapman Tempe and he quickly apologized for their bad customer service. Right away he was willing to help me get into a vehicle that I could be proud and content with. At first I was hesitant but he had spoken to his manager who came out in person to shake my hand and apologized for Chapman's unprofessionalism. They both ran some numbers on an amazing vehicle, it was basically an even trade. I am so pleased with their service and commitment to going over and beyond great and excellent customer service. THANK YOU!! Also, this time the finance manager shook my hand, congratulated me on my purchase and had a smile unlike Chapman Tempe where he was angry, no smile and didn't shake my hand.

My salesmen Wade was very patient as I worked through what I was looking for in a truck and pricing. My first thought was I would get a good price here and then go to the valley and find a better deal at those busy dealerships. Funny thing is that didn’t happen and ended up with a great deal in Flagatsff. Throughout the process I never felt pressured to make a decision and I appreciate that because the car buying process can be a pain. I highly recommend Flagstaff Chevrolet.

Came for oil change high was done. Workers were polite, helpful. After arriving home in Kachina village I received call asking for a return to dealship. The technician thought the oil filter wasn’t locked in place. There was possibility of leaking oil. I returned to town to check for oil leak. After 5 mins the service engine sign lit up. Next thr low oil - replace oi message showed up . The dealership fixed problem in timely manner. I appreciated rapid call to notify and ask for return.
