We have purchased 5 vehicles from your dealership, new and used. All were from the same salesperson, Manuel Soto. New or used, Manuel has always gone the extra mile to make our purchases the very best experience. I'm 82 and have purchased over 30 vehicles since I was 17 and can honestly say no one comes close to Manny!

Long-time (18-year) customer of this dealership. Purchased four vehicles from them, and I was expecting a lifetime relationship. This was a disappointing service event, to say the least. Expressed my disappointment to the SA. He never responded. Left two voicemails for the Service Manager. No response. Looks like my next vehicle purchases will be made elsewhere, and I will be recommending other alternatives to my friends and business associates. Deeply disappointing.

My battery was going dead and I called Flagstaff Chevy to see if they would look at my truck and they said to come right over and I did and they gave me a new battery for free because it was still under warranty.
