Zoe was probably having a bad day. She sent me an email that the car was ready. THE CELL NUMBER ON THE EMAIL WAS THE WRONG NUMBER.It wastws my time to call it twice-then find ger REAL number through the dealer, When I came to pay and oick it up,she said your key is with the cashierTHE CASHIER DOID NOT have it-search-search no key-I went out toi ask for my key from ZOE and she said Ill be with you in aminute,,,,after finding the key-she hans it to me----NO comment from not good bye -kiss my asss-anything. OH well I guess service isnt everything,right? I guess Zoe is really smart! LOL!!!!!

Brought my truck in at 7:30 to see why the check engine light came on - needed to drive down to Phx later that same day. By 2:00 still hasn't heard anything, despite 3 calls and a text to the service rep. On the 4th call I spoke with the rep and was told she had been waiting on parts' quotes. She said the engine light was about a catalyst error. I reiterated that I just wanted to know if I could drive down to Phx which she said I could. She apologized for the delay and said she would have the truck washed and I could pick it up. 30 min or so later I arrived to pick it up but my truck was still in a bay, engine running. I stood by the service desk for 15 min, finally getting the service reps attention. I asked her not to wash my truck, didn't want to wait any longer, and I wanted to pay for the oil change and leave. After paying and driving away I go thru the engine status menu and my oil life reading is still at 15%. Now I'm back in Phx getting the oil changed since I don't know if they actually need it in Flagstaff. Worst auto service experience ever

I brought in my 2024 Trax that had been involved in a flash flood and had a few issues I needed addressed, but also wanted the entire vehicle looked at for other possible issues that needed to be addressed. It took a while to get everything done (80 days), but I am happy with the end result as the car runs/drives as it should. Thank you Zoey for taking on this difficult project and coming up with a game plan that made the most sense, but also for your constant professionalism and patience dealing with me (wanting my car back).

I had you install a 2" lift kit on my Silverado. My first call was on May 1. The install date was June 12. Yes, it took 5 weeks for you to get the part. During those 5 weeks I had to call numerous times requesting updates. The service associate, Jayden, was very nice and courteous, though lack of communication was an issue. In ended up speaking with Isiah in the parts department to finally get an answer on the part ETA.

Backi in April 20/25 I purchased a vehi and I strongly recommend to use my mailing address using PO Box but the lady filled out the contract use my physical address therefore I didn’t get the mails from the bank that finance my vehicle because we don’t get our mails at our door( live on Dine Nation Reservation). Never received any mails from the bank; until I got a phone call from them bank. I wasn’t my fault being late with my account.Also got denied for late payment. The service in May 2025 was excellent when I got oil change. Thx to the service dept.

it was a bad experience. It was had trying to reach the service dept. I had to go back and forth in regards to my part, which was covered the whole time. The dealership performed the basic services requested. I did not feel like they went above that requirement. I was barely acknowledged and not offered the courtesies that my former GMC dealership extended. I am a senior and often overlooked but I would expect some recognition for being a loyal customer. Your customer service could use some improvement. Lighthouse Buick in Morton, Illinois could provide some suggestions.

Overall it went well. Took a bit longer than expected once the decision was made to replace tires and do an alignment. TPMS was not recalibrated after the tire change, and was off by 3 psi on all 4 tires

I had an appointment scheduled for a recall repair (a recall that has existed for 2 years without a fix plan). Appointment was scheduled and we were told it would take 2 hours. Due to a medical issue I was unable to bring my vehicle and so a family member took it for me. She arrived and waited for the 2 hours, then asking about progress. She was then informed that the part that had been reserved for my appointment time had been used for another repair and a part was not available to complete my recall. We are now waiting for another part to arrive to make another appointment and try again. We do not live in Flagstaff and have travel an hour to get to this dealership. This kind of practice is unacceptable and a waste of my time, money and gas. I was currently hospitalized when this was all taking place and do NOT appreciate your dealership wasting my time and my families good nature. This makes me question continued business with Flagstaff Chevrolet.

I made an appointment to get work done to my 2021 GMC Sierra Denali front suspension, I showed up at 10;00 am for the appointment, i was told it would be next on the rack , at 12:30 i asked how we were doing and was told that it hadn't even been looked at yet.... and that the mechanic was now at lunch and would not be back for 30 minutes. LOT of good appointments do!!! I asked to talk to the service manager and was told he was at lunch also. I won't be back to such a poorly ran service department!!

The service is getting worst and customer service is not a priority at this dealership. I had an appointment at 8am got there early for an oil change. I finally received my vehicle over an hour later, why bother having an appointment. So frustrating and it on going an I’ve complained but it’s still the same. Also when I purchased my vehicle I purchased the oil changes for five years and I was told I had use my 8 visits plus the dealership & GM visits so I had to pay. Now, I’m done with this dealership unless if a new owner takes over.

Communication with the service advisor was minimal at best. Had to go to the service manager to check on my truck. When I picked up my truck after a water pump was replaced for over 1700 dollars. I popped open my hood to make sure everything looked good the coolant bottle was empty really!!!! I drove it back in the shop and told the advisor the coolant bottle was empty. I was told it must of been an air pocket. Why isn’t the truck brought up to temperature or driven around to get the air bubble out. The technician put almost a half a gallon of coolant in the bottle and overflow section. Also the clips that hold the battery cable that goes across the top of the radiator are all broken and cable shoved under the radiator cover. My suggestion is before the customer receives his vehicle back please give it a once over check before releasing it to the customer. One other thing if you use a credit card they charge you 3% which in my case was over 50 bucks. That should also be explained to you.

I've purchased many vehicles over the years at many different dealerships. Most of the buying experiences were just "okay" at best. The buying experience at Flagstaff Chevrolet was absolutely fantastic! From my salesman, to my trade-in, to the credit process and the subsequent signing of the final paperwork, everything went very smooth. Everybody involved in the process were friendly and very helpful. I could tell they were working hard to make sure my buying experience was something I would talk positively about for years to come, and they succeeded. Just as a side note, I purchased the exact same type of vehicle, including the color back in 2018, and they took great care of me then too. This proves to me that the customers happiness and satisfaction is taken very seriously at this dealership. When I need another vehicle, which I have already picked out, I will most definitely be purchasing it from Flagstaff Chevrolet.

I asked if someone could call me when my truck was ready, never got a call. No one went over what was done on my truck or if they saw anything that may need to be done or recommended. Felt very rushed this time, I know it gets busy and I understand having to push sales and customers, but it would be nice to know exactly what's going on since us the consumer are trusting you to work on our vehicles.

we have been going to this dealership for years. with the increasing "on-line" scheduling platforms and programs to help, customer service has "taken a back seat". Tried several times to call and see what the availability for an oil change might be. "no availability for the next few days..". Finally just made an appointment. Had my wife with my granddaughter bring our new vehicle in for it's first oil change. CSR said it usually takes an hour and half because we need to rotate and balance tires and oil. Called and made an appointment for an oil change for 8:00. Arrived at 7:30 and was told my appointment was at 9:00. Vehicle was ready at 9:30. Truck was not washed as normal due to the wash attendant not being available and that they don't use the car wash in the mornings in the winter due to water lines freezing. While it is winter, it was nearly 50 degrees outside. On board oil life monitoring system was not re-set. Oil change on my Duramax is now in excess of $120. After 20 years of getting these at the dealership, this was my last due to the exorbitant price. Dealership has stopped offering service specials or discounts for these.

We stayed there almost all day. No communication on the progress of the work they were doing. Asked about my vehicle and was informed the mechanics all went to lunch. When done tried to pay and was told to pay when I I got the vehicle served because this appointment was just to find out what was wrong with it. Then I got text messages on how much I needed to pay or they will black list my vehicle. Life happens so it took me awhile to pay but I got threatening messages.

After I got a text saying my truck is ready. I went to cashier to let her know I’m here to pickup my truck and she called a guy to get vehicle. So I thought ok I’ll wait for truck. About 40 minutes passed. I thought they’re probably washing it and vacuuming it. So I went back to cashier to asked her what’s going on with the truck. She noticed the key fob is still there on counter. A guy from parts department realized what has happened. He told another individual near by to get my truck for me right and he did.A Simple 1 hour oil change turned to about 2 hours and 10 minutes to leave Flagstaff Chevrolet. We were forgotten. I bought the truck from there back in November. My first complementary oil. But all is well. Nothing biggie.

I do not recommend this dealership for service. I was promised three free oil changes when I purchased the vehicle. I came in for the second oil change and was given a hard time when Zoe wrote a note on my receipt that I was only getting two free oil changes. When I was wanting to review my receipt the cashier tanked the paper work out of hands and was rude. I was given the run around talking to managers and trying to sort out my situation. I called to make sure I was eligible and was told I was. This was on Tuesday Jan. 6th. I talked to a young man, he did give his name but I don’t remember, he asked if I was working with Zoe and I said yes. This was about 10:45 on Tuesday when I called. I had to change my appointment and I changed it to Thursday morning. When I was on the call I ask the guy if I was eligible, he said he would check and then got back to me and said I was. So I turned my car in for service, I went to get it back and was told there was no record of a third free oil change. I want to talk to someone about this but no one called me back after leaving a message with a manager. I went there only to stand there looking stupid and being told “well, I’m not going to let you leave here without paying “ The guy I talked to lied to me. If I was not eligible for a third free, then I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money to go back to a place with incompetent service employees and sales people who make promises they can’t keep! 0 stars if I could! Plus my review as removed off of the website!!
